Suzanne & Jozef — A Winter Engagement in Pink
December engagement sessions have a secret weapon: nobody else is out there. Suzanne and Jozef had a small town’s main street nearly to themselves on December 22, 2025 — her in a bright pink puffer coat that popped against every gray storefront, him in a dark coat and scarf, both of them completely unbothered by the cold.

A Walk, a Sidewalk, a Moment
The session wandered the way good ones do: down the sidewalk past the colorful shopfronts, pausing against a weathered wooden building, and — mid-stroll — a moment that stopped the walk entirely, Jozef down on one knee and Suzanne’s reaction written all over her face. Posed or not, the joy in that frame is the real thing.

Under the String Lights
A covered walkway strung with lights and canvas shade sails gave the session its cover shot: softer light, closer frames, the two of them tucked out of the wind.
Golden Hour on the Green Bridge
We finished where the town meets the water, on a green bridge at sunset. The sky did the decorating — warm gold behind them — and one black-and-white frame from that spot has the timeless feel of a photograph much older than it is.

The Ring
Every engagement gallery should end the same way: the ring, close enough to count the facets. A classic solitaire, her hand in his, pink sleeve in the corner of the frame.
