Steve & Nadine — A Hoboken Waterfront Proposal
A pier at dusk, festival tents glowing, a skyline lighting up across the water — and one person in the crowd who knew what was about to happen besides Steve. This is a proposal photographed the way it should be: from hiding, in real time, on September 4, 2025, on the Hoboken waterfront.

The Walk
Nadine thought it was a walk. The set opens with long-lens candids of the two of them strolling the pier hand in hand, crowds and string lights behind them — the calm before the question, documented without either of them performing for a camera.

The Moment
On the wooden deck, water and skyline behind them, Steve dropped to one knee. Her hands went to her face. The gallery holds that sequence from several angles, and her reaction — surprised, emotional, completely unposed — is the frame every proposal client is actually buying.

After the Yes
Once the secret was out, the pier became a backdrop: portraits at the railing with the skyline fully lit, all laughter and cheek-to-cheek, finishing with a wide, quiet embrace on the deck at dusk.
